Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to Dialer for WhatsApp for Android and iOS, provided by Juan Cazalla Estrella (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Dialer for WhatsApp is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.

The service

The app helps you prepare and open a WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business conversation with a phone number you enter, without first adding it to your contacts. You are responsible for the phone numbers, messages, and contact cards you enter or share, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and the rights of other people.

You must not use the app for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful communications, infringement, or any activity prohibited by WhatsApp, Google Play, the Apple App Store, or applicable law.

Children and family use

The app is a general-audience utility and is not specifically designed or marketed for children. It does not ask for a date of birth. A parent or guardian should supervise a child’s use where required by local law and should also review the terms and privacy practices of WhatsApp before the child chooses to open it.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require an auto-renewing subscription or another in-app purchase. The price, billing period, currency, and any introductory offer shown by Google Play or the Apple App Store at the time of purchase control the transaction.

If a free trial is available and you are eligible, the subscription converts automatically to the displayed paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel them from your Google Play or Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and eligibility for introductory offers are administered by the store where you purchased. Refund requests are subject to that store’s rules. Restoring purchases requires the same store account used for the original purchase.

Advertising

The free version may display advertising when the applicable consent state permits it. A rewarded advertisement is optional and grants the benefit described in the app only after the advertising provider confirms that the reward was earned. Closing or skipping the advertisement may result in no reward.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may depend on third-party services, network availability, device compatibility, store configuration, or WhatsApp behavior. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including for security, legal, technical, or product reasons.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful purposes. They do not transfer ownership of the app or third-party trademarks.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for the content you send, the conduct of other users or third parties, actions taken by WhatsApp or an app store, or losses caused by misuse of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Our Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information and the choices available to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, law, or third-party requirements. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
