Need a hand with StoryParts?
Email cazallasquared@gmail.com. Include your app version, Android or iOS version and the steps that caused the problem. Do not send private videos or sensitive information unless you want us to review them.
How do I split and share a video?
Import from Photos or Files and choose 30, 60 or 90 seconds per part. Preview the whole story with audio before creating the clips. Choose Create & share to open sharing straight away, or Only create the parts to save the story in your library. For Instagram or Facebook, save to Photos and select the clips in order in the destination app. For WhatsApp, choose an available destination in the iOS share sheet. You can share the whole story or switch to individual parts. StoryParts remembers the selected part, but does not post automatically or confirm publication.
Why does the destination change the order or duration?
The destination app controls its own limits, order and compression. Check its preview. Use shorter parts or share one clip at a time if needed.
Why is saving unavailable?
Check available device storage and StoryParts photo permissions in iOS Settings. Videos stored in iCloud may need to download before processing. If you deleted an exported copy, open the story and choose Save to Photos again. Saving again creates new copies, so the app asks before doing so.
How do I restore an ad-free purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in StoryParts settings with the Apple Account used for the purchase. The optional one-time purchase removes ads without a subscription. Core video tools remain available without a purchase.
How do I delete a story?
Delete it from the app’s library. Copies you saved to Photos, Files or another app must be deleted there separately. Removing StoryParts also removes its local app data; backups are controlled by your Apple settings.
StoryParts on Android
Choose a video with the system media picker or Files. Remote files must finish downloading before processing. Choose Create and share or Only create parts. Save to gallery adds clips to Movies/StoryParts without requiring access to your whole library. Open Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp and select those clips; the receiving app controls acceptance and ordering. You can save again, but this can create duplicates. Previously saved copies may have been deleted or moved.
Export runs in a foreground service after you start it. You can leave the screen, but Android may stop the process. Reopen the saved story and retry if interrupted; the original is kept. Free storage if needed. Unsupported HDR or codec combinations may require a different video or device.
Use Restore purchases with the Google Play account used to buy StoryParts without ads. A pending payment does not grant paid access until confirmed. All core features remain free. iOS purchases are not promised to transfer to Android. Manage available advertising privacy choices in StoryParts Settings.
