Astra IPTV is developed by Juan Cazalla Estrella. For app help or privacy questions, email juan.cazalla.17@gmail.com. You can also open a public issue. Do not post passwords, private playlists or personal information.
Include your device model, iOS/iPadOS/tvOS and Astra versions, the step that failed and the error message. Remove credentials and URLs containing them from screenshots or logs.
Start with your own sources
Astra is a player. It does not provide channels, movies, series, playlists or TV subscriptions. Add an M3U/M3U8 source, an M3U file or an Xtream connection using “Add playlist”. Only use content you have permission to access.
The app requires iOS, iPadOS or tvOS 26 or later. Screenshots show an example library; Astra does not include content. Add a valid source to play your content.
If your playlist does not load
Check your connection, server address and the details supplied by your provider. Check whether your subscription is active and whether the provider limits simultaneous connections. Never send your provider password to Astra support.
If a video will not play
Try another item from the same playlist and check whether the source is available. Audio tracks, subtitles, AirPlay and Picture in Picture depend on the format and features supported by the source and system. Astra cannot repair or replace your provider’s stream.
Program guide and iCloud
The guide requires valid XMLTV data from your source. To sync your library, use the same iCloud account and open Astra with a connection on both devices. Settings shows the sync status and lets you request a sync. If iCloud fails, changes stay on your device for a later attempt.
Manage your library
Open a playlist in Settings to edit or delete it. Deletions sync when iCloud is available. Read our privacy policy for details about stored data and managing iCloud data.
